Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup spinach leaves
1/2 cup unsweetened milk of choice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
5 fresh peppermint or spearmint leaves (or more to taste) OR dash peppermint extract
1 teaspoon spirulina powder
1 tablespoon cacao nibs
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender pitcher, or blender cup, and process until smooth. You can omit the milk and add a few ice cubes to make the consistency thick, like ice cream. Pour into a glass or scoop into a bowl and enjoy your sweet treat.
