Yes, a test is required to receive our Toothpaste & Gel product. You can either order the test as a stand-alone (Options: Oral Health Intelligence™ OR Full Body Intelligence™) or subscribe to a Solutions bundle that includes the test (Options: Oral Health Solutions OR Full Body Health Solutions). Please note if you choose to order the test as a standalone, you can only order your Toothpaste & Gel through your account once you’ve received your results.
Once I get my test results, when can I expect my formula to arrive?
After your results are released and once you order your toothpaste and gel formula, the processing for the first order begins–there’s no action you need to take. The first order typically arrives at your door about 20 days after your results are released, with each sequential order arriving approximately every 30 days thereafter.

Does the formula for my toothpaste & gel ever change?

Is there a cancellation fee?
